Sports books give you just enough rope to hang yourself with. They are beaten every day by strategy, not illogical banter.
And this is why you guys lose. You have the right idea, but the wrong mindset. You won't bet a game you think is -10 at -7, because of bad luck.... But you have no problem dropping 40 units on...
Nice win congrats.
Yes, I did. And I was wrong. It does happen in sports betting. Sweet "gotcha!" though.
Oh I'm right here cool guy... I'll be the first to congratulate him if his bet cashes and I lose. I disagree fundamentally with the way he bets but as I said before, I don't necessarily disagree with...
Best of luck. Really. One day you'll take a hit so big you'll finally spend the 30 seconds it takes to Wikipedia "gambler's ruin." Until then, keep those tires inflated.
This Brooklyn team was assembled: they're like expensive Lego pieces. The goal? Beat the Heat. The problem with that logic is that Legos don't build strong houses: brick and mortar does. The Raptors...
Well I mean I was never very good at throwing darts.....
I could bore you with DWill can't do this, Lowry will do that, Derozan this, Kidd that, KG and Pierce old, etc... but why bother? People...
Well according to said tracking, he lost half of a year's profit on one play. ONE PLAY. What does that tell you? You cannot have that kind of variance in your bankroll and be successful long-term....
I'd be happy to... The Toronto Raptors score 1.055 points per possession, a decent clip over the league average. The Brooklyn Nets give up 1.043 points per possession, just slightly worse than the...
I predict he's a bad gambler, and bad luck strikes bad gamblers. Risks ridiculous units that no right minded person would risk, yet I'm the idiot? No wonder this thread has so many tailers, a bunch...
I predict he will be on the Nets + with a ridiculous # of units. And I'll tell you right now, he'll lose. He's a lousy gambler, and lousy gamblers lose.
Sports betting is a grind, period. You CAN win, but not with these ridiculous unit bombs. Flat bet 2%, 4% absolute max, and if you know what you're doing, you'll always have vacation money.
No, I'm simply pointing out how ridiculously bad your bankroll management strategy is. If you were betting real money, I doubt you'd be this loose with it. Especially after dropping six month's worth...
Only 26 units in play today? I see we've really stepped up in our money management game.
This is amateur pal. You should feel bad. Some people on here actually tail you.
So you're trying to tell me you put $3000 down on the Hawks? I have to question the strategy. Half your season's profit on one play? You might as well have your own 900 number.
In all seriousness,...
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Golden State +2. My phone's not working, but I FedEx-ed my pick to my sportsbook well before game time so I should be good.
