I agree with the guys that say he should do some time, serious time, but not the entire 13 years. Maybe half his sentence and he should be grateful due to a clerical error he got to start a family...

This is insane. 24 year old guy gets sentenced to 13 years in prison. He is out on bail and appeals. He loses appeal but due to a clerical error they never come pick him up as scheduled . THIRTEEN...
