My thoughts are to post all plays and let the players do what they wish with the info. I'd rather know all the plays, anyway, whether or not they're going head to head.

That's why its hard for me to figure out a system type with rankings. I decided to do my backtest of MLB then try and figure out one for NBA

The bad thing is that you can't back test it. I haven't found a web site of past RPI numbers. I've been looking for MLB numbers
