Why do you keep calling them cowards? They are just greedy. It's a business model that increases their profits, it has nothing to do with being cowards.

They encourage people to gamble and lose...

If that's the real reason then yes, it's tough to argue that they are wrong regarding in-play betting...

Letting bookies to only take bets off losing customers is the same as in the casino industry. Unless the government makes both (casinos and bookies) illegal I can't see any other way of stopping them...

most people that have ever placed a bet would admire anyone who manages to make a living out of it.

You say if he would bet his own opinion he wouldn't have a problem but if his opinion would beat the closing line on a regular basis, he won't last long at any book.
