1.first complaint - they didnt even bother to send a receipt, although they say "We will make every effort to contact you within two working days to confirm receipt of...

again, eCOGRA will not help ... they will probably ask Bwin about this case, accept their explanation and ruling, and that is all ... you will get the same exact answer from them as from Bwin ......

well, I can tell you in my case it was not about past-posting ... one time they canceled a bet placed by me during the break between set 1 and set 2, 5 minutes before the set actually started ......

nothing unusual for Bwin group books ... Bwin and Partybets canceled some of my live tennis bets too ... of course, they cancel only winning bets, never the losing ones ... always the same story...
