Saints re-signed Robert Meachem to a one year deal on Friday.
Rice is back to the Seahawks on a 1 year deal.
The money given to those 3 RB's by the previous GM really put them in a bad spot cap wise.
Chris Johnson visiting the Jets today. Bills, Dolphins, & Falcons are also said to be interested in him.
Panthers need him the most out of those teams.
Yeah, I agree with all of that. DeSean might be more trouble than he's worth in Washington with a young QB and first year head coach.
Decent list, one good signing for every 4-5 busts then. 1 for every 10 was an exaggeration on my part.
Great strike rate of one good signing for every 10 that has failed miserably under Snyder.:an_clap:
Cotchery, Underwood, and Avant is probably the worst WR corps in the league. They should try to get Sidney Rice and draft a couple of WR as well.
Chris Johnson released by the Titans. Don't see many teams going after him, maybe the Rams or Jets.
Hard to name any free agency signing that has been a success under the Dan Sydner era. I'm expecting things to end badly in DC.
Surprised at the short length and relatively cheap salary, was expecting him to get at least 5 years at $9M per. I guess he really wanted to stay in the NFC East to stick it to his former team 2x...
Don't see that happening, they don't want any repeat of an Aaron Hernandez. Talent wise they could certainly use him but the rumored character issues makes me think they have no interest in him.
Good stuff LTP, I don't think the Redskins and their $7M in cap space can 'afford' Jackson though. The Browns, Jets, and Bengals have the cap space and could use him imo.
Where does DeSean Jackson go to? The Jets, Raiders or some other team?
He had to leave Houston thats for sure. He'll be a slight upgrade but wonder if the Raiders will still take a QB with their 1st rounder in the draft.
Yeah, absolutely. There are worse teams for him to go to, think he'll benefit from from working with Chip and going in with no pressure since he'll be backing up Foles.
His days as a starter...
Mark Sanchez to the Eagles is close, a great spot for him to revitalize his career.
They need to add some more WR's for him. Decker is not enough.
Not a free agent signing but the Raiders are expected to acquire Matt Schaub for a late round pick.
Looking likely he's going to the Seahawks.
Rumored to be heading to Seattle but he'll have to take a pay cut. Maybe he'll retire and attend the Culinary Academy for real.:D
Not that many appealing options out there atm. Sidney Rice, Kenny Britt, Santonio Holmes?
