Default No offense to you guys

But i really disagree on not making plays during a week like this. I think that a lot of value can be found in tournaments like these where there are little known players ESPECIALLY if you take the time to do your research on the matches. This is where the money can be made......

best of luck to you all this week.

it's a good point, but I find tennis handicapping to be tiring, with all the matches to look over usually. I'm glad to take a week off.

The tennis schedule is a rigorous one for the players, but it's pretty damn grueling to follow as well. You end up with 10+ matches on the vast majority of the days of the year, and a good number with 20+.

I agree that there is good value to be had this week if you can find it. But, at the same time, it was nice to relax and watch Venus vs Kim tonight without feeling like I needed to examine the intricacies of the match.

    5dimes Michalis.

I agree with all that's said here. While I enjoy the time off I will probably get back to it mid-week.

5 Dimes is action on the ML if one set is completed.

I'm just doing some small plays. My thing is I absolutely despise the WTA and rarely bet on it because it's a crapshoot from week to week. So when that is the main tourney, there's not much for my personal tastes. Playing some small parlays in the Challenger level.

Funny thing. I won two parlays using Challenger today. That's probably more than I've won on main level ATP/WTA in the last week.

Challengers do provide some good parlay opportunities because there are some "older/experienced" players either hanging on or working their way back who have a big advantage over some of these young schleps.

Really pumped to get some high caliber tennis back on the docket. It was nice to watch some lesser level play and Davis Cup but an ATP 1000 is about as a good as it gets. GL everyone.
