Well, Mauresmo was a very emotional player, thats what made her inconsistent. Her head was playing with her, and she often got way too nervous. Not a good looking girl, but extremely sweet personality, and she will be missed on the tour.

well she is 31, thats a tinsy bit old for most tennis players
but yeah she was good, probably scared her opponents into loosing games
but anyhow wta and inconsistency are just synonyms imo so you cant really say a female tennis player is inconsistent
