early break for the dogs, up 3-1 in the first. There's still a long way to go but it's nice to see that they have the ability.... the break came with 7 deuces so it shows they can play against the best.

Williamses win the 1st set 6-4. I had Black/Huber to win the 1st set at +275 as well as on the moneyline. I thought the price was too high for a doubles team that is very good.

this match is actually quite boring.... there's no finesse or much strategy. Williams just hit the ball as hard as they can and grunt like lumberjacks... and why can't venus where a longer skirt and serena just cover her whole body in a burqua?

ahhh well, was still worth the bet even though it lost.... women's doubles really sucks.... no wonder why there's more empty seats than filled ones.
