I have a small bet on Murray 3-1 and another one on Nadal 3-2.

Murray is an out and out choker. He has the physical game to match it with the big boys but when the crunch comes in grand slams he has a brain implosion and turns to jello. Nadal is too tough mentally IMO.

My initial lean was Murray...which means that I have to question it because I just looked at the line and that's where my head was at. Rafa very well still could be one of those "never bet against as a dog" players, because he still wins more big matches than he loses. Going to be a great match either way though

I'm staying away from this one as well. Nadal is tough mentally, but he's had health problems lately and lost to people he should beat. However, it is the beginning of the season. That said, it should be a solid, long match. Any other year, it's an easy pick on Nadal. But he's too gung ho and and tough on his body every point. The tenacity will take him far, but her won't have the longevity of Federer or even Murray. All in all, the slightest of edges to Murray in my opinion. This is more like a finals match or at least a semis, than a quarter
