    Carlos Moya (Chennai) +250

First match back for Moya since Feb 09 but he has looked strong in exhibition I don't trust Janko at such high odds. Risky pick but worth it

I forced myself with that bet. On a neutral court I would have easily taken de Bakker who is projected as the 2010 breakout player of the year. I went with Ram since the match was in India and he plays well there.

I reached with Gulbis and hopefully I won't kick myself in the rear end in about 2 hours. Doubled my bet and risked another $600 to win $250 trying to make back what I lost with Ram. Montanes is a clay court player and I'm hoping Gulbis opens up with the form he did last '09 (destroying Montanes in Australia) rather than the player who sucked at the tail end of '09.

You guys are nuts to be betting on these early tournaments. Australian Open is when I will be starting myself, just absolutely no form to gauge anyone on in the early part of a new year - it's all dart board shots IMO. Good luck though, I'd steer a mile clear of big favorites.

hey andrewaxia quick question...i like the serra pick because his opponent is garbage...but do u think monfils is a safe bet against dent........i mean......dent is a big server...monfils does lose to roddick and did lose to john isner couple months ago( both of whom are big servers).........but on the other side....monfils rarely if ever loses to someone ranked 100 or higher......so just wanted to get ur opinion....thanx and good luck

some players are just way better than others and like yesterday for example, i went to agnes szavay's fansite, translated it to english- it said she had been training running up a mountain.

you make a good point tho overall.
ps. french males are garbage at tennis for the most part.
