Default 3 Tennis plays for Sunday

Strongest play for me i think is Djokovic/Federer over 22 games at -140. This should be a good battle and wouldn't be surprised if it was 3 sets. I would think at least one set will go 7-5,7-6. (3units) WIN

Small play on Youzhny/Murray for Youzhny at +3.5 games at +114 - good value here. (.5 unit) loss

Paris Masters - taking Llodra over Becker at -224 for a medium play. I think Llodra is playing great tennis lately and he is a homecourt favorite. The two have split their previous meetings 1-1 but Llodra is in good form lately. Becker has lost 10/11 matches Llodra is 7-3 and Llodra is an impressive 32-18 in his last 50 on indoor hard. (1.5 units) loss

    Still a $profitable day

I've got a question on the Djokovic/Federer match. BookMaker has the odds as Djokovic +250, Federer -310, but if I look at the set options it's:

    2-0 Djokovic +350
    2-1 Djokovic +450
    2-0 Federer -130
    2-1 Federer +250

Why would Federer by -310 to win, but either -130 or +250 by the sets scores?
Djokovic also looks odd, the 2-0 score will pay less than the 2-1 score?

nothing unusual about those odds...odds decrease (by that I mean from -something to +something) when you are predicting something specific...ex., federer to win 2-1 is assuming djokovic takes a set so the odds are set at +250 even though you still pick federer to win.

I guess my point is if you think Djokovic is going to win, doesn't it make more sense to make two set bets (2-0 and 2-1) than the straight moneyline bet?

i think you will find that if you play on 2-0 and 2-1 the $ you have to put down is increased - and if you just did the one play you would probably make close to the same amount.

my big play for the over came through - I was surprised the odds were so good for that.
