I think I'd take Nadal -5.5 handicap rather than an under, because Ferrer has taken quite a few sets off him. A 3 setter could still cash the handicap, because when somebody does take a set, he raises his level and often goes on to slaughter them. For example.....

vs Ferrer in Barcelona 2008 (6-1 4-6 6-1)
vs Djoko in Hamburg 2008 (7-5 2-6 6-2)
