Yeah, nice. His huge kickserves are unreturnable on the bouncy courts here, and Safin has a bad record against even conventional big servers at Indian Wells: losses to Mahut and Melzer last two years, and Roddick in 2004.

However I went for 2-0 at +275. I doubt he can maintain his level for anything more than a short match, as he's simply playing too far above himself. Once his level drops, that's it - there was one one match last year he won the first set tiebreak then lost the next two 6-1 6-0.
