So far I made 2 deposits and am up about 1300.00 at this book. I want to share my experience thus far.

I have played at all the A+ books that are available to US customers and aside from thepig/legendz the experiences were just OK. I tried justbet and saw it was a B+ book and for the first time I actually had a customer service person answer every possible question... customer service has been stellar.

The only complaint that I have and this is a warning to other users. When I first made a deposit I was told that if you took a 20% bonus it had to be rolled over 5 times and a 10% bonus everything rolled over 1 time...

The truth is it is 3 times. The downfall is that per chat conversation bonus terms are not listed anywhere on this site. I had to ask the rep to e-mail me the conversation clarifying her mistake... All is well no more bonuses for me.. but just a FYI.

I will let everyone know how my withdrawl goes tomorrow.

Just watch out for their undocumented freeplay conditions. After I had signed up and my freeplay had won at fairly long odds they told me the rollover was based on your freeplay winnings, not the freeplay amount. Their reports of your rollover progress aren't to be relied on either. The second time I asked how much I'd wagered towards my rollover I was given a figure about $5k less than they said the first time. I pointed out the discrepancy and it was corrected.

The website is clunky and slow, too.

That rollover thing is a pretty standard scam job for rollover that is pulled most places. They are complete idiots about the rollover though. I've asked, punched in a withdraw, had it declined, and was then informed I needed to rollover more. Whatev. Just a chance to take more of their money.

Yeah, their bonus terms aren't anywhere on their website, you have to specifically ask to find out what they are.

When I asked I was told that for the 20% cash bonus there's a 60 day hold, 5x rollover and then an additional 3x rollover for the winnings.

I think its a 3x rollover, which is concurrent with the 5x which allows you to withdraw winnings before completing the full rollover.
