Your group will decide under legal counsel what to do if there are positive results in the future.

We will move forward helping the group obtain its lawyer unless Cascade agrees to commit to the minimal payment plan. If 40 checks did indeed go out then the previously discussed plan should not be a problem.

The previous plan also addressed the matter of a 6-figure balance holder getting his/her percentage of the funds instead of getting virtually nothing while smaller players are paid off.

FWIW,
I requested a check today (also $1000 limit), but missed the cutoff for this week. I was told that mine would be included with next week's batch, and that checks are mailed on Thursday or Friday.

Let's all hold off on the party until these checks arrive and actually make it past getting cleared by your local bank.

I also suggest e-mailing Bill also so he can update the spreadsheet every time there is a payment.

I called cascade two days ago, talked to cascades rep(not Lenny) about this tpoic, gave him my account info and address, asked him when he will have the tracking number and he said he does not know!

At this rate it will take 50 weeks for you to clear everything, but it's a million times better than not getting anything back.

Hopefully they'll keep this up long enough to pay everybody in full.

Still there for me:

For ALL customers payouts will be done once a week.
Requests MUST be in by Tuesday 6pm ET and all payments
will be sent out Wednesday of every week.

already bad signs..

called to request a check for next week since both lenny said and the site says they will pay once a week. the rep said that they will call when they send out the next batch of checks. i asked how long that will be and he said he didnt know (i heard him talking to monica in the background). i told him it was supposed to be once a week and he was surprised and said, "who told you that? i dont know when the next batch will be sent but we will call you when we do". hope this wasnt a one time deal to stall the lawsuit.
