I recently went to WSEX and I just requested my first payout. I'll post updates here on how long it takes!

No particular reason. WSEX is an A+ book according to the ratings, along with those other books. So I figured I couldn't go wrong with any of the books you mentioned or WSEX.

I just got a payout from wsex. They sent in regular mail and I didn't receive it in 3 weeks. They checked with processor and processor said it was sent. Wsex canceled check and I received new one by regular mail about a week later.

I requested my payout on Sept 2nd by $50 courier check. I guess there was a delay, but my check came today, exactly 2 weeks later. I called and talk to customer service last week and they said they were workin on getting different processors. 2 weeks is kinda long for paying 50 bucks, but I eventually got it anyways. Customer service on live chat sometimes can take forever.

I like wsex for them being legit and paying out.

I do have a question though. Last year for the bowl games, I won about 30k. If I won about 30k through wsex this year, i shouldn't have any problems right? They seem to be a solid book, but you never know. I would like to ask those with experiences.

First off, Welcome to the SBR Forum

While I feel that WSEX is a very good book I have no way of knowing what there processing requests time frames were at the time of your withdraw. Obviously they were having some issues though because there sister book Matchbook was going through a rough period.

In regards to the second part of your question. I can honestly say the same thing goes for any other book you are considering at this time. However, what I can tell you is what I know which is that ThePig and Legendz probably have the most smoothest withdraw transactions going at this time.

Update on my payouts. My 2nd payout request was requested on 9/9, and I just got it today 9/17. And I also used the $50 courier check option. I like to take my money out whenever i can because I tend to bet more when I have more in my account. Besides their slow customer service, they're definitely A+ in my book.

I don't care so much for bonsues, as long as i win and can take my money. i was at oddsmaker previously where I was VIP player and some chick would call and flirt with me all the time encouraging me to bet. I got annoyed. Also I had some money stuck in there that they would not pay out. I'm glad i found this forum.

I got my payout today (6 business days) , but technically I could have gotten it yesterday I just wasn't home when Fed Ex came. So WSEX is right on with the 5-7 day estimate when you use the courier method. I'm pleased with how the process went.

I requested a withdrawl via regular mail on 8/20. It has been 30 days, (22 business days) and still nothing. When I email them, they send me a form response that standard processing is 20 business days, and because of issues with their processors it could take longer.

A month is just a ridiculous amount of time, even if they weren't having other issues. To call it "regular mail" is just blowing smoke, because mail doesn't take a month. It is really starting to get on my nerves.

Not Sure if WSEX does this but when i withdrew money from a prima poker account by check and it was over 1K, the always sent it by courier for free. But check under 1K they sent by regualr mail and took much longer to get to me. Don't most book do this? they won't risk sending check more than 1K in regular mail do they?

It depends on what you ask for. When you ask for a payment online it gives you an option. Either regular mail or courier mail for $50. Choose regular mail and they will send a 20k (or however much) check regular mail. Choose courier and they will send a $200 (or however much) check FedEx.

I've spoke with there management about the processing problems as well as there sister book/exhange Matchbook. Both are currently in the process of rectifying these issues and ask SBR readers to please bare with them during these troubled times.

My emails to them get the same response - I should get my money shortly. But another week goes by.

I just phoned them and they said they are going to do a stop payment on the check (that was supposedly sent), and they will FedEx me a new one when that is done. She said that the process should take about 5 days. So, we will see next week, I guess.

WSEX apologizes for any delays in processing your withdrawals.

There have been some issues with several processors the past few months. Some of them have been forced to close their bank accounts. Therefore checks cut on those accounts will bounce.

As troubled checks are shifted to alternate processors, it slows the entire process down for everyone in the queue.

There were also several types of checks that have been declared invalid by certain banks while other banks accept the same checks.

We are diligently working to rectify all of these situations.

why is this a A+ book if they can't payout? Also, no idea on timing for replacing bad checks, live support is MIA.

As of today I am at 49 days - 7 full weeks. Last week they said they would stop payment on the previous (fictional?) check that I never received and FedEx me a new one. They said this process would take 5-7 business days. I still have not received a FedEx tracking number or any update.

Backslider, if you don't get your check with a week you should ask them to put your funds back into your account and send it book to book to the greek or bet jamaica. Roll it 4x and cashout.
