I did a payout request as well the 1st of September, nothing till now.
Send them 2 mails (thursday evening and sunday evening) and no replies until now, while earlier correspondation went quitte fast however.

I've come across information that there was a bug in their moneybookers deposit system.
After someone made a deposit and pressed the F5 button on their keyboard, the same amount would appear on their balance without it being taken off their moneybookers account.
According to my source this has been going on for 5 months and they were able to withdraw money they didn't deposit.

The same source told me he stumbled upon this bug unintentionally, but in the same message claimed that hundreds of people knew about it and used this trick to steal money from bettingstar24.

This isn't a problem you really want floating out there at all, however it's an issue that needed to be found and addressed very quickly way back when. Hopefully nobody will get hurt too badly by this glitch.
