Fair enough, but why cheaper? I don't pay anything for Neteller transfers to/from books, and nothing for transfers from my Neteller to my bank account as well.

When I had accounts at both I put them to a simultaneous test by requesting same withdrawals

Result .. MB came in at least 48 hours earlier with no bank costs, whereas the Neteller withdrawal incurred fees at my end and had worse exchange rate. Net result more net $ from MB 48 hrs earlier.

Ah, well i have the VIP status there and don't pay any bank fees.
Foreign Exchange rate is 1.5% but i switched almost everything to EUR anyway.

i have use moneybookers 3 years in thase 3 years they lock my acc 3x.every time they asked documents form me and chechin doc take 5days to 1month and 15days.if you have money on moneybookers you cann do anything with them every time when lock.

My MB account and all the bookie accounts I use them with are in USD.
The only time I get an exchange cost is when I withdraw to my bank account.
And when that happened it was always more costly for me at Neteller than it is at MB.

I've had really positive experiences with MB, but I keep hearing about how lax they are with personal info and sharing it with the books. This really disturbs me. Oh, and the whole Skrill thing is dumb too.
