I keep getting complaints about them. When a player asks for a payout, they interrogate the player on the phone. Then they accuse the player of cheating, and close the account.

How many people who play there have been paid? I'm gathering info to make a possible downgrade suggestion to "F".

First of all, i'm not going to defend any actions by any book, because I don't know the details of the cases that contacted you and to what extent you're seeing the full picture.

In my experience MyBet always pays. They never called me or asked any follow-question. Same for other people I know that bet with MyBet. I wouldn't base my decision to play or not to play there on a possible "F" by SBR if that grade is based on people taking a shot at book and that book returning the favour. I don't approve of books confiscating anything, but they do usually go looking for a reason and way too many euro-players give them that reason. Please don't underestimate the gigantic number of (poorly executed!) multi-accounting going on to get bonuses or simply to go around limited accounts on the Euro-market by Euro-players. Books like MyBet must get flooded by them.

I agree with the other posters. I never had any problems with payouts at Mybet. I think this is a special problem of certain users.

That they closed their betting exchange is no refenence to problems with their buisness. Betsson closed their betting exchange, too. There was no volume in the markets. The step was more than overdue.
