Hello
A friend of mine had a similar problem 1 year ago, but that case was solved with verification.
He registered an account with SJ, took their first deposit bonus, but as his mobile was not able to receive phone calls from foreign countries, he registered the mobile number of his girlfriend - and he forgot to notify her about this.
A day later, SJ made a verification call, and as he verified that this is her mobile, not some SJ user's, they instantly closed the account of my pal.
He called SJ after this, told the whole story, and SJ asked a LOT documents from him to verify his identity, but after they got these, they understood and accepted what happened, and they reopened the account....and this was a LOT more suspicious case, than Zoya's.
If she didn't accept any bonus
(BTW , isn't crediting the first deposit bonus by SJ after the first settled bet is an automatic process???????? If I remember well, it was),
SJ should give her the chance to verify her identity, without doubt.
Good luck in getting back your money
