I requested a ~£1200 withdrawal yesterday evening and emailed the CS to ask how long they expected it to take. They're currently quoting 72 hours for Moneybookers withdrawals, which matches the site's terms (although this may just the CS quoting the terms, rather than a realistic estimate). So I expect payment Saturday evening (UK time) or Monday at the latest.

No, this was indeed the 'final' withdrawal from Boylesports because they had limitted me too much.

Funny is that because one only can withdraw whole numbers I still had a few cents in my account after withdrawing: then I tried to place a bet on Newcastle against Hull for 3 cents just for fun but a message appeared that the stake is too high so that I could only place 2 cents instead of 3. Ok, I understand of course that it is way too risky for them to let me place bets bigger than 2 cents.

For me Boylesports is no bookie at all.

2-3 bets for 300$ and if you win, its over with them. They dont deserve to call themself a bookie.
