I made $150 deposit today using ** to betjam. I called in for confirmation # and contacted back in 30 mins because it wasn't credited. They placed me on hold and told me that transaction was still holding. With bookmaker, if the transaction took longer than their window time and when I asked for the fees to be covered, the manager apologized and honored the fees. Oh well, this time it took an hour and I called this guy name Scottie to see if he could honor the fees since I really had to wait an hour just for the confirmation and had to place bets by 5:30 pm ( had to go to work). And this guy was really really rude. One ******* cocky son of a bitch. I think just because they are offshore that they can treat customers anyway that they want. Even if you weren't going to honor the fees don't act that way. If he apologized that they were sorry that it took a long time but could not honor the fees I would've been fine. But the way he was acting was "we had to wait too so don't try to pull this one on me"
WTF, he tried to boss me around by honoring the fees and telling me that he's doing me a favor so I told him to please not honor the fees and pretty much get your ******* attitude changed. because at the end of the day you are just a loser offshore manager having shitty life.

Scotty-Herman and BET-JAM are the best in the business in my experience. I would believe it was more like your other things holding up the process.. gl to you though. Bet-Jam has advanced me cash until a transfer went thru-canceled a future so that I would have cash available- etc-this is one advantage of having a long standing relationship with a book. They know your reputation, and your history, and will make reasonable exceptions for you.

Like I said I would've been fine if he at least said I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we can't honor the fees. What got me was the way he positioned himself as superior and talked down on me like as if I was trying to fight with him. I have been a good customer to betjam and I thought i deserved a lot better attitude than that. That is why I refused to receive the fees at the end when he offered. I just hate their "play elsewhere if u don't like us" attitude. Trust me I talked to alot of cs (bookmaker, 5dimes, betphoenix, bodog) and this time was by far the most disgusting experience. Because he began the conversion with a bulldog attitude before i even talked to him and I was like "wow"

Alalha, For future reference in sending W U deposits, ALWAYS send the minimum amount required amount for which the book WILL always cover the transaction fee. At Betjamaica this amount is $200 not $150 which you sent (So Scotty was doing you a favor) and for 5dimes it is $250. If you don't you- are just throwing money away! A most definite -EV, lol. Scotty is really the best and goes out of his way to help all players big and small so you need to cut him some slack. (To be honest I can't see him being rude unless you were rude first) And just a reminder- don't forget to ask for your free wager for every 100 bets that you make, its Betjamaica's loyalty program, a lot of people forget about this.
