Great Vid. However, how do you demote this Book to F when you keep other Books at D- that basically do the same or worse? Case in point, Sportsbook.com has stolen much more than these crooks--yet you won't rate them an outright fraud (F). SBR's argument to this has been that the F rating is reserved for deposit only Books--no payouts to anyone. Oddsmaker does still pay to those that they expect will lose in the long run. So how is this different than what SB.com has and continues to do? I'm not splitting hairs here; Oddsmaker deserves an F. As does SportsBook.com and others you keep propped up at the D- level. Show some consistency--a fraud is a fraud. Love to hear a response; doubt I'll get one.

Problem is the owners. They're just criminals and not businessmen. Any new book they open should just be rated F to begin with.

Sportsbook.com sits at D- on the SBR Blacklist because of the confiscations your post references. The SBR rating guide explains that sportsbooks with a rating of F are sportsbooks where players have little to no chance to recover funds. The frequency of these Oddsmaker stiff jobs would attest to that.

Sportsbook.com is a larger operation than Oddsmaker yet they receive nowhere near the amount of player complaints, which would indicate they are paying on a more routine basis than OM.

To that I say bullshit. SB.com has stolen more $$$ and done so more often than Oddsmaker. Grow some balls and demote SB.com to the same level. You've now set a precedent by demoting Oddsmaker to an F; the first time you've done it for a sometimes paying Book--and I applaud it. But, show some consistency and do the same for SB.com.

sb pays out millions a year (much of it to lifetime winners), I know that's no excuse for past thefts, but they better than oddsmaker. D- is about right.

I managed to cashout 2k from that scam book with their $100 dollar promo back in 2007. Took 1 month to the get the check. Three years later, their scam still working stronger than ever.

When SBR downgraded Betway to an F, i withdrew my entire balance ( mid 4-figures ) and recieved it the same day to moneybookers.

So its not the first time.

Fair enough, but I fail to see the consistency. Don't steal too much and you're a D-. Cross the line and you're an F. So how much can you steal w/o being rated an outright fraud?

I as well. I used the same promo code 3 times and got it from the poster Doug, who posted the code at the RX. The payout took 13 days. I played a few games, then hit 4 of a kind playing let it ride.

Guys, This is like walking through a max prison and deciding who to share shower hour with. These books are dangerous.

The low ratings are meant to symbolize the degree of risk. Has Sportsbook.com and Oddsmaker both stolen funds? Absolutely. Does Oddsmaker have a higher rate of theft going back 8 years, yes. Maybe Oddsmaker can aspire to be D- next year. It won't be because they paid everyone but to represent the year they have gone without stealing.

BetUS is D+ at the moment. It's a book that built its foundation by ripping off winners. This is before they attempted to hire competent people. Of the 3 blacklisted books, BetUS steals the lowest %.

Excellent analogy in all. True Oddsmaker steals at a higher % but SB.com steals much larger amounts. So what's worse, the pickpocket or the one doing grand theft? SB is much more devious in its thievery and for that they get the higher rating. Wondering what they have to do to get an F as well.

Why would anybody in their right mind would ever play in a scamhouse like Oddsmaker anyway? Guy pumps his balance up to $42k!!! What is the reason to that? Even Sportsbook.com is not that crooked recently. Funny Mickey Mouse operation isn't it ! When you lose , you are fine! When you win, you are professional player and your funds are confiscated. How convenient is that business model? It is called "when you lose , you lose. When you win, you will lose" Imagine Vegas casinos operating like that Somebody should send a hit squad to their head office!

Makes no difference to me if the sportbook is rated as F,D-,D,or D+. Smart people will not go even close to any of these sportbooks. What more should be avoided even C sportbooks. There are so many A and B sportbooks to use.

Was SBR aware of the clause that you found in Oddsmaker book before all of this happened? I'd hope so, but regardless of the answer, do you have staff reviewing the current rules and regulations of all books to ensure similar loop hole clauses aren't going undetected, and would allow another book to do get away with this? This is enough to make a grown man cry... $42K... that's a TON to 99.99% of all degens.
