Hello! Yesterday I deposited 370€ on my Expekt sportbook account. I deposited with moneybookers. Today I log in to place a bet, but there was no money in my Expekt account. Strange. I`m going to moneybookers account, but no money there either.. I contact Expekt with live chat and they told me that my money was transfered to expekt poker account. What?? I`m going to poker account but there is 45€ left:S I told them that I wasnt me, because I use only sportbook. They start investigation about that case:S Is there any posibility for me, to get my money back? Is there anybody I can turn on to investigate this fraud?

Ok. Thank you. I just to have unlimited trust to them until now. No problems with withdraw and other stuff. Great bookie for me... I changed my password not so long ago. I`m using just sportbook so nobody know my username at all. Around me there is not a lot of peoples that they know I`m betting (just 2, but I trust them 100000000000000000000000000000000%, and even they dont know my username). So I dont know who loged in my account:S I hope they will find him by IP or something....

Even if the IP will be different , you will never prove to expekt that it wasn't you from some other computer or didn't give your password to your friend. I'd say that your money is gone and don't expect too much from expekt.

I`m aware of that, but I can`t explain how that happened. I`m using sportbooks few years now but I didn have experience like that until now. I`m using others bookies too, so you can understand I am scared as hell...

Check your PC for keylogers or some other sh*t and be sure to change all other bookmaker passwords. Then you should be safe with other accounts.

They had good odds and they paid but the delay in waiting for confirmation of bets was a pain the arse.

If you explain that you have never played poker or downloaded any poker software from Expekt that may help.
There have been several reported cases of hacking involving moneybookers and the transfering of funds to bookie accounts. The hacker will often open/use an account with a very similar username to that of the target customer.
Be sure you have good security on your pc and take extra security measures with moneybookers to protect your account if you continue to use them.

When I`m contacting them via livechat, they telling me I must wait until investigation is finished. When is gonna be that, they dont know. What do you thing, is this normal taking so long?
