    You might spend 2-3 weeks just trying to get what they call registered...they ask for CC statements, bank statements, Bills...Youll be lucky to get registered within a month to make a withdraw

    Heres a few experiences Ive had with SIA and why I think they are a grade D book...

    Misgraded wagers:
    I've had about 5 wagers in 2 weeks misgraded by this book and the last misgrade was in my favor....I had Binghamton (AHL) in regulation and they won in OT yet my wager was graded a WIN..I had no clue for a long time the wager was misgraded..Its still right now today misgraded 5 days later. So let me get this straight if me or anyone else would have made a withdraw and had a play on this the book would have been out cash? What kind of book operates like this? I let them know of the error and asked for finding this error can I get maybe a $50 freeplay as Ive gotten from other books for the same. They told me I was the wrong one and they wouldnt give me crap..Wow way to treat your honest customers SIA awesome. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to let me as my matter wasnt important enough to them. Watch out Ive had 3 other wagers misgraded not in my favor and they had to be reversed. Which takes a while

    Late Grading Wagers:
    I've on more occasions then can count have had them grade wagers almost 24 hours after the game has concluded.That is unreal to wait for a game to be graded. Anything international (rugby etc) and you can guarantee you wont get it graded for 12 + hours

    Registration:
    No I dont mean your name and accnt registration..After you open an account you will not be told until you want to withdraw that you have to do what they call register with registrations. They will ask you to email them your drivers liscense, bank statement, bills with your name to prove address, and cc statement...little much for me but whatever...When you do email them this info they will not get back to you for a week with an email claiming they couldnt clearly see your email so you need to do it again and of course you will waste another week waiting for an email...Although lets say if you fax The Greek info its done within 10 minutes..Not with this book..After they do approve your documents 2+weeks later then youll be waiting another week or so for your withdraw.Keep in mind they dont do ** or **.

    This book is just another Bodog to me..Useless

    SIA must pay SBR a lot because they dont deserve up there with the books that they are.

    I don't know if wagers go this long without being corrected but apparently at SIA they do..I can see this causing nothing but delays for customers/frozen accnts etc....Dont let them know of the misgrade though they wont even give out a freeplay and they'll tell you to hit the road

    Good and honest but very square book! You build your bankroll to 20K and you are gone! You will get your balance though.
