There may be a hold if you look at it this way. You get the $50 ncaa free bet. Lets say you deposit, lose the 100% freeplay, lose the $50 allstar freeplay, but take your balance to 1k. You meet the rollover next week and want to cash out. You probably could, but you would lose the $50 ncaa fp since you cashed out.

I don't know if there is a holding time for this promo, if not, then you would just lose the $50 NCAA fp if you cashed out early.
