The situation is this - at the end of January I ordered a payment of $ 5.4K to my bank account. After several days of communication with the customer support I got from them to confirm that my payment was processed and the money was sent on January 31. Several times specify with tech support - "you acknowledge that you sent the money?" Always received a positive answer - "Yes it is. After 5-10 business days you will get them into your account." (There is a confirmation of these words - the dialogue in chat and email from tech support to email).
And now attention - about 7-8 February, I began to doubt that I will not cheat - because the money has still not been received. I went to the chat site to provide me a receipt from the bank, which confirms that the money was sent to my account. Officer of Support Services said that to provide such a receipt, they can not. February 9 from tech support comes to me email to confirm details of my bank account so they can send money! All data were given by me is true, as I told them and wrote.
When I asked why they gave me 10 days said that the money was sent, but in fact it did not support service to answer anything I could not. It turns out that 10 days of different tech support staff lied to me when I asked about that - whether they confirm that the transfer is successfully derived.
Once I confirmed that my details to pay the bank the right told me that now is certainly the money sent. I again asked for confirmation - a receipt with the details - date, amount, bank name and sender's address of the recipient. I was told that to obtain such information they need 24 hours. I decided to wait a while, but of course after I turned on the next day with the same issue, it received nothing in return.
After that, I'm tired of listening to constant deceptions and promises, and I decided to ask for help here.
What advise do in my case?

this is the worst site i've ever dealt with. I was up couple grand playing there a few years back and it was impossible to get my money out. I don't remember the exact details, but I knew it was sketch so I tried to pull everything out and I got about 40% of what I should have gotten and they claimed it was because of fees, etc. Garbage book

I made some posts about this book recently and some of the respected posters here at sbr defended this book and tried to make me look dumb. This book is questionable.

all i can say is my experience with them -- it is great -- never had a problem. i defend them a lot. usually after someone with 1 post can't figure out how to get paid. once you send in the information they require, you get paid. sometimes things go wrong and you need patience until they figure out what happened. same is true at any book. fees are low for withdrawls. 1 free per month - then they charge. i have taken out close to six figures during the last year. no problem(except some limits lowered). i love this place and do not understand all the people who claim it to be a scam book.

never had an issue. generally they send in 10 business days, it makes 12 days, sometimes 14...Bogdart you need some patient.I agree with relaaxx obiviously somethings going wrong. I think it is a decent book, not my favorite place but indispensable.

Never had a problem with this book. Always had checks sent to me with no problems. Also always have had good luck with the customer service there.

awhile ago some posters were happy with wsex and were actually paid, now they are non payers. it is just unreal that sbr have sportbetting rated as c- which is way too high for those scammers

i requested multiple wires from them over the last 6 weeks and while one was delayed like 10 extra days, all have now been received.
