BetOnline.com???
Has anyone used them? I recieved a letter in the mail from them advertising Bonuses and Reduced Juice lines. I use BetJamaica and Pinny mostly right now but I'm looking to pick up another. I was leaning toward SBG Global...
Anyone have an advice on either of the two?
- Customer Service
- Payouts
Thanks in advance!!

BetOnline (SBR rated A-) currently have no complaints levied against them and no processing issues to speak of at this time, which is a positive these days. The limits are $2,000 (Sides & Totals) which isn't bad at all really, however they will collar you if you start to beating up at a pretty good clip, so steam chasers and players of that nature won't last long there (recreational book). My recommendation if you choose to play there would be to take the low vig option, however since your a parlay type player. You might want to take them up on those 7-1 odds on 3-teamers
Also they do have a mirror site which does help out in those unfortunate cases when the main site is down.
Their are a couple of things I don't like is that they charge like $75 for fedex checks and they don't do book-to-book transfers. (Sucks they don't accept Moneybookers for Canadians). Not to mention the fact that they only accept U.S. currency.

BetOnline is a pretty good option for you, they're secure and will pay. I don't play there myself but haven't read anything that I can recall which would suggest they're anything but an A- book.

They are secure. That's all you need to know. You get paid same day when ask for a payout. Nice bonus when you sign up.

I have used them. I took the big bonus plan. I was getting 45% and 55% freeplays on deposits of $2000+. Maybe it was $3000+ to get the 55%. Something like that. Anyway if you do the math, you will see it is some decent money in your pocket.
You get crappier lines - that's the deal - but with patience and a sharp eye, you can still find opportunities.
My experience with the customer service and payouts was good.
I was checking the website recently. It was very clunky. From what I read on the forum, it was not a temporary glitch; it's consistently clunky these days.

SBG Global won't pay you if you win. Otherwise, I'm sure they are ok.

6. Due to security reasons, BetOnline.com does not award bonuses to customers outside of the United States and Canada.

Betonline sends me a booklet every month wanting me to join but I've heard a few stories of delayed payouts. I'm just fine with matchbook, 5dimes, and thegreek.

They are a good book, just don't use your credit card for there will be an international charge they don't tell you about. The when you point this out they don't want to believe you.

Actually, they just did one more thing ...
Instead of being able to take out a limit of $5000 for a cashier's check, paying $50 for the fee ... now you can only take out $2500 at a time and you have to pay $75 for the fee ...
What's next? $1000 limit to take out and charging $100 a pop? Ridiculous.

Thanks for all of the input! I wanted to pick up a new book but I'm thinking of just staying with BetJamaica and Pinny for now. I don't like what I'm hearing about bad lines, delayed payment, etc.... Actually a book I used when I just started out was ezbets. NEVER a problem and great lines... maybe I'll check them out again.
Thanks again

EzBets is rated a D- by SBR, I know nothing about them personally but I would tread lightly.
