888sport block account and funds
I have opened the account in 888Sport.com and have deposited via moneybookers. I placed bets on sports. The amount of my win is 180 euro. I have sent copies of my documents after the deposit. I wanted to withdraw my funds, but the bookmaker has blocked my account and has written that won't return the deposit and a win. I didn't receive any bonuses. I just have fairly won on bets. I consider that the bookmaker has stolen my money.
well, they are a shit book, but even this is beyond their usual standards. what exactly did they write to you saying ?

They have answered that unable to accept my documents for verification purposes. I don't understand this. My documents is correct. And my info is accurate.

I played there for a small deposit during the last World Cup and they payed me soon after sending ID.

I would resend a hires color scan of the photo page of the passport with a bank statement or CC bill back to them and request they reverify your documentation.
Or, scan/print each and take both printed scans and originals to a local lawyer or certifying official and ask they stamp/sign each of the pages with their details attesting that your ID and proof of address are legitimate and unmodified and then scan/send the pair of pages witnessed by whomever in to them requesting they reverify things.
Email/phone and ask what the problem is regarding your I.D. documents, so you can rectify any issues they have with verification. Do you have more than one account registered at the same I.P. address? As chachi says, they are a shit book but this is would appear to be unusual behaviour from them.
At first I have sent the passport. After they have requested other document. And I have sent ID. All my documents was hires color scan. I have not problems in other books with my documents.
I have not open other account in 888sport. IP address... I don't know... but I didn't receive any bonuses! I just won on bets.

888sport refund my money. I sent copy of my notarized documents. And complained to SBR. But my 888sport account remained block.
