i want to become SBR Pro but want to withdraw the money asap with the minimum loss. So is my best option to deposit $200 at 5dimes and bet $100 on both sides of a game at odds of 1.952. Will this be enough?

They probably won't let you withdraw. Your best chance is to deposit $200 the file your SBRPro app and once that is approved, play with the $200 and make a little goal to get to $1,000.
