    Default unibet problem need help

    Hi,
    Yesterday I paid out 380 euros at 21.10.
    I didn't receive it yet Any receipt for themself i called like 5 times i need to wait They say it is pending.

    a friend of mine had gebelt at them and they told him we make it quickly and we have no delay.

    I find this very strange ..

    What method di you use to process the withdrawal? Is this your first withdrawal, so will they need to verify ID before processing? If so, you could anticipate that and e-mail them some ID and a recent utility bill. Less than 24 hours is too soon to be worrying so much that you've already called them 5 times about it.

    i used bank...
    I have dont a withdrawal only about like 80 a 100 euro 1 time and 2 times 50 no id needed for that and so i never send them a ID copy

    so i need to wait?
