Default where can i see the Rollover i did so far?

i have a $100 freeplay from BetJamaica with 6x Rollover, i want to see how much Rollover i did so far and there is no way to see it, i chatted with their CS they told me to go to the statement but i cant see it there either. is there no way to see how much i wagered with Betjamaica? do you have to count every bet you make to see how much Rollover is left?

It is a painful process with them. First you have to get a customer service agent to answer online chat.

Next they will tell you it can only be done between certain hours.

Then they will put you on hold and play the waiting game...

If you somehow have the patience not to hang up you might get an answer...but make sure you have some time to waste!

i contacted them and they told me to go to the statement to see but its BS! there is no indication of the Rollover there. did no one get a freeplay from Betjam here? where do you see the Rollover?

if you can add 2+2 you should be able to figure it out on your own.

i never understand why people need the book to tell them what they have left

go to your history of bets and add up each bet

add the win amount only from each bet or the risk amount if it is lower than the win amount

    pretty simple.

if you bet 100 to win 150

that would be $100 towards your rollover

if you bet 100 to win 90.91

betjam actually counts the 100 you placed with the free play as part of the rollover

    so a 6x roll on a $100 FP

you really only need $500 in actual cash wagers to complete the roll as $100 comes off just from using the FP itself

Actually you should always ask about rollover status because your calculation can be very different from theirs, and you don't want to be surprised when you request a withdraw.

history at bet jam only goes back two weeks..go to online chat tell them you want the total...be prepared to keep asking them if they are still there for an hour...

You may have to log out of their site to get the online option when you are on their home page...enter account number...and in box that asks your question just put help...if you put rollover question they may not even bother to answer...

Step #1 go to their home page (make sure you are logged out)

Step #2 click on online chat...

    Step #3 enter account #

Step #4 where it says question I would just type help...

    Step #5 send...

when they answer...if they do get ready...for the dragged out wait...they will claim they have to go thru each bet placed individually... you will go without an answer or anyone responding for long periods of time...

If they cannot get you to disconnect they will eventually answer...

Just make a spreadsheet for the rollover and keep track as you go, use the risk figure for dogs and the to win value for favorites toward your rollover. Its quite simple and logging your bets is something you should get into the habit of doing anyway.

being able to only go back 2 weeks is ridiculous. but that's what i see, there is no way to look at any wagers back further than 2 weeks. then they don't give you the information easy and quickly. should keep track yourself but they should make it easy for you to look it up. doesn't sound like an 'A' book to me. always hear how fast they pay. great. all you have to do is figure out when you can withdraw. and don't expect much help.

Just e-mail the book, saying that your records show that your rollover was met, and that you're just verifying that with them.

it's very easy to figure out but it shouldn't trouble a book much to add it to the software. are there any books at all that do this?

Bet Jam has a major problem answering e-mails... I have gone thru this all with them...

Agree...maybe sbr could look into the way Bet jam treats customers wanting to know their rollover amount...

What happens if you just request your withdrawal?

Will they warn you that you have not met the rollover or automatically recalculate your balance to something less?

5dimes/sportbet show you the amount you wagered of any given period and thats what you need for the rollover calculation. it might be that betjam hide it on purpose so that you cant use it in case of a bug in their favor.

    whatever the reason its horrible!

LOL, I cant believe these "A" books do not have the expected and current roll over available for you on the site at all times. As Big Daddy says is not that complex, and they should have their software to do it. I mean, I can probably go and keep track of it on an excel sheet but come on, on these days and technology?

Maybe I'm a bit spoiled on my current book which shows next to my balance the current roll over amount and also displays on my transactions the ones that qualify for roll over. But I do remember the days when I needed to contact and argue all the time with my previous books about it, puff, I feel sorry for the original poster.

books either do it on purpose or are lazy. how hard is it to be able to click on a rollover link and it tells you how much you have done and how much is left. i now remember that vip sports had a section to check rollover but it was kind of hidden and didn't update right away.
