    Its normally the time when U.S. NFL punters take out their funds from books, so many places will have a mass of withdrawals at the same time, some may not be able to pay out immediately or even at all, there can often be liquidity issues at this time of year.

    We wont even know for a month. A couple of weeks is now acceptable for payments, add a couple more weeks for "processor issues" and late time.
