I know I'm hard on CRIS for their prop odds, but I mean this is just outright theft. Five options and a -2000 and -1600 favorite ??? This is by far the worst I have ever seen. Pinnacle has -116 and -102 for these two options so a reasonable line is out there. I could even see CRIS doing -150 both sides, if u really were worried since this is one of those goofy props. But this??

I know CRIS has a zillion customers, but just preying on the moronic at some point has to be just a big bully being a prick and I count this prop as one of them. These are the things that make me not ever want to bet them ever.

they are not so bad for early lines, but somebody has to pay for their loyalty program and free fast payouts

Yes, they are bad odds. But no one is forcing anyone to bet them. It is like anything else in the free market; if no one pays the price being offered, it will be adjusted.

Fincher was a very heavy favorite after the Oscar nominations were released Jan. 25th, but then Hooper, who was about 10 or 12-1, won for Best Director at the Screen Actors Guild awards a few days later which made the Best Directors Oscar about a 50/50 prop between these 2, the other 3 nominees not considered threats.

I get the feeling customers pounded a stale line on Hooper after he won the SAG at CRIS, and maybe they are gambling he loses and wants no more action on this category.

Cris/Bookmaker's moneylines and prop odds have been downhill for the last 3 years. I just don't understand their business model anymore to be completely honest.

Yes, the lines could definitely be better.
Now I rarely place any bets at cris since i can find better lines elsewhere...

99.9% of the time I can get a better line at Pinny.

Another example is this, not that obvious but -350 and -450 in the same category should never exist either.
