Default I hate when books give you a long name to send to

Makes me not want to send money. You have to make sure the fukkin name is spelled correctly because if it isn't you have to go back to ** or **. Would be nice to send to a short name like Pablo Cesar or something like that. Not someone with 4 names like Miele Gabriella Montero Badilles. Those are made up names so don't worry about it just had to vent.

What happnes is that on latin american countries, you have 4 names.

    Example
    Your First name: Carlos
    Your Second Name: Antonio

Then you get your Fathers and Mothers Last name

First last name: Sanchez (fathers last name)
Second last name: Solis (mothers last name)

All this names are on their ID(Drivers License)

They need to show their ID in order to pick up the funds.

    Correct.

Also there are weird last names that have 2 names for example De Gracia so you can be called

    Carlos Antonio Sanchez De Gracia

and De Gracia is one whole last name.

Correct, but my wife (costa rican), just goes by her first name, and father's last name (same as the vast majority of Americans)

Have not seen any two names or 4 names. All are 3 names so far, first name + two last names.

I sent money by ** 3 months ago. The reciever had 3 names and bank officer (there isn't any ** or ** agent in my home country so we have to go to bank for person to person transfers) told me ''sir we can't write all of names completely, middle name should be only first letter because our system doesn't let''

not ''Carlos Arberto Riviera'' should be ''Carlos A. Riviera'' (I make up the name)

I came back to home, unfortunately they couldn't get the money then I have spoke to ** international on the phone. Thanks god, agent corrected it.
the first time I had spoken english on the phone, in fact not so easy like face to face talking

Great too when you get names like Sandra Sanches Sanchez. Good luck with the clerk not screwing that up.

de la rosa is like of the usually the husbands name
the worst is when they just give you a intial like

    jose pable perez k

that really confuses the shit out of the clerk, but good thing about in living in s. florida everyone here is from one of those countries so its really easy, they understand how to do it.

the point here is not whether you're American or not it is about SECURITY of your money

are you really comfortable sending money to someone you've never heard of in a foreign country?

    I know nothing about them.

They've never come to my attention as offering anything I can't get with my A books so at this stage I wouldn't.

And now I see SBR has them as an F book. I think that just about answers it for you doesn't it?

    Why do you ask?

You see lots of reports of people on here of people getting screwed this way? Most all deposits from USA are via **.**.

I deposited to William Hill via ** once. They sent a name of a random person in a foreign country. It worked out just fine.

I hardly ever use it, it's a pain in the ass where I live (though still easier than MB) But it's not near the risk you think it is.

If you mess the name up you can call **/** to fix it now. Before, you had to return to the store.

Still a pain in the ass though!

I really hate this also but you don't have too many other choices these days. I always use email or live chat to make sure I get the spelling right and always check what the ** clerks have inputted also.
