I love 188Bet for competitive odds and high limits.

But a few months back they introduced a new software system which I hate with a passion.

LESS THAN HALF THE WIDTH OF THE SCREEN is devoted to display of odds so they are incapable of showing multiple lines for each event.

Instead you have to scroll down to the bottom looking for what you want and then most probably go back to the top to select page2 and hope it's there, if not repeat and select page3 etc.

If you hesitate in searching the auto refresh will return you to the top of page1!

Half as much more screen width is wasted on a background!

It really is the worst and most frustrating betting site I've ever seen.

If you are of similar mind PLEASE TELL THEM what you think.

Only by getting a heap of user feedback do we stand any chance of seeing improvements.

I might be in the minority but I prefer the new 'European Style' layout.

how can you locate your match and bet type anywhere near as fast as at SBO for example?

what am I missing?

what would be the disadvantage of using a heap more of the screen width to shorten the lists and put more options on view?

I made the same enquiry - but to no avail, I would like to have escalated it but live chat told me it was conclusive.

I was told that the old style layout was unavailable.

I've lived with it since, but I would say my volume has significantly reduced here since the new layout. I tend to bet here when I have time to check if I can get better odds (select sport, select league, etc etc....... yawn yawn)

Why didn't they just leave it alone and just give it a makeover and keep it like 12Bet and SBOBet. 12Bet have 2 styles one is for Asian Handicaps and the other is for European players. Why could 188Bet do this and keep the old website. I bet 90% of people wouldn't use the new one.

I did receive back a response which said all the right things fwiw but really I don't think they have much of a clue about how users feel. In my experience not enough complain to businesses about things they don't like. I suggested they conduct a survey to learn more.

So PLEASE let them know what you think. It's the only way we have a chance of seeing improvement.

Strange that 188 is slow for you on deposit/withdrawl. I use moneybookers. Deposits are instant, and withdrawls very very quick.
