Since my original wire request that was delayed it seems as if they have fixed the problems. Today is the 10th day on one of my requested payouts. I received the last one on day 10.

Alex, any way you can look into a payout for 4,500. It was due on the 31st and the only answer I can get is there are currently delays for this method and it may take a few days. All I want is an actual timeline so I can plan my action for this weekends games. Thanks.

Day 30 of my 3.5K wire approved by BetOnline Oct 5th. I was told yesterday "10 more business days"! Do not do a wire!!!!

I had been waiting for a **** payout since Monday which was the 10 business day payout period. I was told earlier in the week they were experiencing delays and give them until Friday. No transfer as of this morning so I called and the cs rep put me on hold for about 5 min and then said they were sorry for the delay, would refund the fee, and make sure it was there within 24 hours. I checked, the money is there and the fee was in my BO account.

We have such a love hate relationship. I will keep using them and hopefully they will have it all straightened out soon.

I have had ridiculous trouble trying to get paid. My amount was only 1,000. I requested a check via ups that was supposed to take a week. When I called to check after a week they said I had chosen a method that gave them 15 business days. After 15 days came and went without a payout, they gave no explanation for the delay but asked if I wanted to change to a ** payout. That was five days ago and now they are saying to wait til Monday after 6. I can't wait to hear what they will tell me then.

They pay.....they consistently do sportsbook transfers within 1 day. It seems to be just wires that have been getting delayed.
