So I try to log on tonight and my password wasn't working. First chat I confirm it's right with Jerry and leave chat to log on. Still have problems so I go back and he looks into it.

So now I can't get on Pokerstars or Full Tilt, bodog can't send me checks and now this? The thing that confuses me is they are already essentially skirting gambling laws at it is. Every time I picked up a ** is was from some strange name from Nicaragua anyway. Why would they do this/even care about Washington state laws?

Just to be clear not one single person in the state has been arrested for internet gambling, poker etc. Long story short some moronic state senator from the middle of Washington State took millions from the Indian Casinos, introduced a bill that got put through with the help of a democratic controlled state senate, governor etc. All these politicians, including the governor have major donations from land based Indian Casinos in the state.

In a recent internet she said "Let poker players go pump gas." First, it is illegal to pump someone else's gas in Washington State (maybe she was thinking Oregon?). Secondly, and I know frankly there are tons of dumb ppl on sbr, but any intelligent person understands that poker is a game of skill, with math and statistics with obv paramount and the slight edge of "luck" or simply making the best hand with the worst cards. I've been supporting myself since 2004 with online poker and put myself through college. Additionally I majored in Chemistry/minor in math, and not to be trite but I know more then the average Joe in this particular field (couldn't fix a motor to save my life lol).

The recent events are very troubling but fortunately for me I have family/friends in Oregon and live 45 minutes from the border. To be clear: poker, gambling etc in the state of Washington is equivalent to Murder, Rape, Child Molestation, Arson, Armed Robbery etc. Stop the madness.

Lastly, since all these sites are based in Costa Rica etc, they are already breaking gambling laws as the U.S. government sees it. Why would they care about some stupid state law? I had a feeling it had to do with processors, but when I cash out of wagerchief/phoenix etc I get it from some random latin amercian person. That would still be possible even with the new state "law", which most ppl doesn't even know exist.
