Made a withdrawal at the start of this month and i still haven`t had my money, i contacted them on live chat 3 days ago and they more or less said they are slow paying, they haven`t got enough money in their MB account to pay all withdrawals as so many people have made withdrawals as it is the end of the NFL season..... funny that as i thought it still had a couple of weeks left.

No doubt they will pay in the end but they sure are pissing me off.

i just got paid via ***** from BetPhoenix other day.. took 3 weeks but I got paid.. I suggest u try a different withdrawall method.. moneybookers is slow in most countries at this time,.

Another thread on here said SBR was talking with them about getting back to paying out with Moneybookers. I hope that is soon because I will need one that way. I guess I could take a check. Do they send checks to Canada? Anyone from there received a check and cashed it? Was it all good?

I just got a ***** in exactly 7 days (requested 1/13, received 1/20).

Never had a problem with this method other than when they were having processor problems (which they currently are not as I've taken a ***** each of the last 3 months).

Hi Vanman,

BetPhoenix is telling players who are waiting that they they will process their payouts for the would-be max for the time they are waiting. If you intend for a subsequent payment make that known here or to them directly. They are also offering alternate methods and covering fees but I see you need it via moneybookers. They are waiting for a wire to hit while there are at least three unhappy ewallet users rightfully complaining.

I have just been on live chat at betphoenix and made another withdrawal for £2500 to be sent to my moneybookers account,i was told that my withdrawal from the 5th January will be proccessed Wednesday or Thursday this week.

I chatted with Wendy in customer service, and placed a withdrawal request via Moneybookers for $20 in fees. She said it would take 7 to 10 business days.

I was told that $4,000 is the maximum via Moneybookers for anyone who wants to know.

Completely ******* ridiculous. No one should get to freeroll you for interest/utility. That is what BP is doing (whether out of malice or incompetence. My money is super heavy on the latter).

Definition: They are struggling to get funds, period. No one struggles to get funds into different "payment methods". BP has always been known for their slow pays. This is nothing new. I love the people who defend these offshore sites and claim (like another site who will remain anonomous) that they have seen their operation and books. Like no one has ever carried two sets of books, right?

If I receive my Moneybookers payout this week i will be glad to report it right here. I have had no problems with them. If all of my payout goes ok I plan on playing with them more.
