    Default BETUS payout problems

    Hi guys,

    I have 19000 USD in a BetUs account, requested a withdrawl 2 weeks ago for 5000, mone is still in account, I have made over 100 phone calls, and am totally being messed around with more and more promises. Has anone had payout delays or problems this year from BETUS, or any advice for me please. Thanks

    I have heard amazing things about betus, one of the biggest, here and there, and etc, why would they dont pay some of his players? I mean a withdrawal of 5k to a player doesnt sound bad for a book that make tons of money :S

    Not much information to go on here.......did you take a deposit bonus? If so have you completed any wagering requirements and uploaded all necessary I.D. documents to them? Do you have the name of a 'Personal account manager' in your account details section, who you could speak with on live chat? I would not be comfortable with too large a balance here, but had no problems withdrawing $5k once I had completed a lengthy deposit bonus wager through.
