What is more frustrating is that they have been upgraded to a D+ in the rating while they are sitting so much of my money with simply no response to 100s of my emails.

Come Bill Dozer - I know that you did your bets to get my money for me with no success - but upgrading them to D+ this will make some people fall into that trap like me. My first request for withdrawal was Sep 2007 and now more than a year later they are still rated on SBR higher than F ??? I cannot believe that...
