I used them but probably wont go back for a few reasons. #1 was 20 cent baseball lines. #2 was becasue when I requested a $5K withdrawal they would only FedEx the payments $2500 at a time. It took me a week to finally get the first payment because a signature was required and it was at the FedEx facility 50 miles from house. The second $2500 payment would not be mailed until I received the first one so I ended up having to travel 200 total miles to pick up the payments. Their customer service was above average, I will give them that. I dont know what they are up to with the Green Dot deposit and withdrawals, after it was explained I got a general uneasy feeling about the entire place. If they can get better lines, 10 cent baseball lines, improve the withdrawal process I might consider going back. Their number one overall quality is customer service, on the phone as well as live chat.

My experience with them has been pretty good. Their promotions and customer service are both fantastic. Their lines, however, aren't all that hot... vanilla with not much available outside of the major sports, they also can be late to hang moneylines.
