Hello Good folks.
I have a problem with Bet365. I registered my account. I deposited 2000€. Unfortunately,I lose it. I deposited another 1000€, I lost this 1000€ also. Yes, I am a bad player. I deposited another 2000€ and I finally win some bets and reached 3000€ on my balance. And today they limited me to 1% max stake on every bet altough I have a -2000 loss on my account. And now they won't give me the sign up bonus either because they say I am not eligible - all of this after I finished the rollover and lose 2000€ Quote:

They're not scam, they'll always pay up. However, if they identify you as unprofitable they'll nuke your bonus eligibility and stakelimit you very fast.
Sounds a bit daft they've done this after your losses, but sometimes these things are a bit random. They're a big bookie, so very little time will be spent on deciding an account is unprofitable - might even be a mistake. You could perhaps email and ask them to review the decision, pointing out your losses. Did you jump on several lines that were way off for your winnings btw? They're particularly hot on identifying arbers. |

Well I mailed them this time and so they asked me for documents, which I sent.
The bookie trying to be a jerk is asking for a passport which I don't have, Not everyone has a passport Last edited by mihut; 07-27-08 at 11:50 AM.. |

except they decided after the fact that he was ineligible
its fine to prevent future bonuses but not one already earned |

I'm not sure it is correct to rescind the bonus unless verifying the account was a condition of the bonus. And how the hell do you not have a passport when you are an adult unless you are from the US?

you should be happy they cut your limits.
if every bookie did this you might make some money... |

It sounds like he met the rollover and then was told "Oh, guess what, you're not eligable."
If that's the case, SBR should be going to bat for him.

They can't rescind the bonus after rollover because they don't like the type of action. How many times has that come up recently?

I don't know but I think this is a jerk of a bookie. I find ludacris to limit me after I lost so much and not credit me the bonus which I fulfilled the release conditions for.

I received my bonus.
Thank you for your attention! I do not agree though with the 1% Please let's all be serious. 1% is too low. Regards! |
