I make bet on Handball->Int.Man->Denmark-Sweden-1 (200$ stake) on odds 1.60
The final result from this event is 29-24
But my bet is settled as wrong-1day no contact from Ladbrokes(A rated).
Who from SBR is dealing with this guys?

Why did you not just send Ladbrokes a polite email and point out the mistake? They are obviously not aware of the error.

You need to realise that all the resulting has to be done manually and with the amount of product they bet on it is inevitable that there is going to be human error from time to time. No big deal.

I send 3 very polite emails with the facts above but without answer i think its time to call by phone today.
Yeah once i have same mistake with Centrebet ,but they correct it fast.

It would have been better if Ladbrokes had responded to your email faster.
However it was a weekend And you havent even put in a call yet.

Why not do this before wasting peoples time.

If you are rightand there is an error they will correct it

It looks my mistake,but i m sure i bet on man's match maybe the odds was same.
