Default Sportsbook.com--Will I Ever Get Paid?

I've tried to get a withdrawal from them on 6/17 and 7/14. Both times they cancelled it after 10 days and put the $ back in my account. When I talk to Customer Support they say they've currently lost their processor but will send out withdrawals in 2-3 weeks. Problem is: I've been hearing 2-3 weeks for 6 weeks now. I've used them for years and have never had problems before. The last check I got from them was in May. Now, nothing! Anyone else getting stonewalled by them? Anything I can do?
They owe me $800 and I can't get it out.

Welcome to the SBR forum.

Unfortunately the entire Jazette family are in fact undergoing massive processing issues right now. Everyone is hearing the same excuses, I do feel they will pay you but it may take at least until the football season kicks off. This is highly inexcusable though and I'd urge you to play at one of the A rated shops in the future.

If you'd like, you may fill out this complaint form, however nothing can be done as of right now. When payouts begin to be reported, someone from SBR will inquire into your case to see if that can help expedite matters any.

I've been their last year. Just don't bet anymore their until they straighten out their payout situation. I ended losing a reasonable amount their due to this delay out of frustration. It's seems like they added several new payout options, so it's appears that they might be trying. That's a hella lot better than not trying.

Someone at the Rx started a thread yesterday asking about Sportsbook.com. I told them that there were several threads at SBR where some guys had not been paid as far back as March and April of this year and the progress did not look good for getting paid in the next month.

Wilheim deleted my post and replied to the poster with the post down below. You guys that are owed should either prove Wilheim a liar or if what he says is true, get your money with his help. I doubt he has any more pull than the guys here at SBR, but this is a pretty bold statement he has made.

was anyone else told they would recieve weekly updates on their cashout? i haven't recieved shiat. and more they never told me i had to send a utility bill and this crap. did anyone else recieve an email telling them to do this or was it just when you inquired about your cashout? when were they going to tell me about this??

I checked Linesmaker payout page and saw the new procedures no e- mail, also my withdraw go from processed to held.

Now sportsbook.com wants two forms of id sent to them. I have sent them copies a dozen times and they claim they cant "read" the Drivers lic. This is bull because I emailed my account the same scan i sent them and it comes out clear. Even when I printed a copy it was legible. The wont talk to me anymore on the "live chat", I guess I pissed them off! Here is what my chat went like.....enjoy! This guy August is a whinner!

They're telling everyone 3-5 weeks and continually reset that clock by things like telling customers they didn't rec'v a clear copy of license or I.D. card. I've been trying for four months to get my money and have been continually insulted by their bull shit lies and 'assurances' for imminent payment. This morning I was told my payment would go Oct. 3rd.....and that I 'should' rec'v it withing 2-3 weeks afterwards! If I could find the douche bag liars that run Sportsbook, I'd beat the **** out of them with my bare hands!

It's criminal and all I want to know at this point is who or what agency oversees these criminals and how do we get in touch with them?

You guys need to use the use my wallet payout option. Request the money and get in your bank account cleared in a week or less. Better then a check that take weeks to clear....

Its a mess out there but they do pay.

i got 2 checks in the last 2 weeks, i am still waiting on my largest withdraw though for 3 weeks since it has said processed, but i have gotten 2 of them and they both cleared
