Default Moneybookers question for someone totally unfamiliar

    Hi all,

I'm looking to get back into betting a little bit, and in reading a ton of stuff on SBR I notice that a lot of people get easy cashouts thru Moneybookers, and I've also noticed a lot of the reputable sites have it as a deposit option. So I have some quick and easy questions to see if it's a better option than a CC.

I live in the USA, what does that mean for its use? Is it comparable to the old epassporte option? It's relatively cheap, right? Easy to load money on from a debit?

    Thanks in advance

Well that about covers it. That stinks.

Thanks for your response. Is there a comparable service available to US residents?

any legitimate ewallet scheme available to US residents must block gambling or the feds will seize balances, just like last time

you can't use e-wallet in usa for gambling.
you could still use it for other things, i guess in future many p2p and b2b transactions may go via ewallets, because it will be faster and cheaper than banks.
