this is due to wa state internet gaming laws.

matchbook e-mail said no more withdrawals to my jurisdiction. didn't say couldn't deposit, lol.

hadn't used matchbook for awhile. vip pisses me off because they let me deposit yesterday (lost it) knowing full well that my account would be closed today. that's bs.

wa state has a specific law prohibiting internet gambling.

the e-mail asked that i no longer deposit. didn't specifically say that i couldn't. i guess i will inquire whether or not i can deposit and then book to book the money out.

I don't understand why they would be concerned with a WA state law, but not federal law? The owners would be arrested if they stepped foot anywhere in this country, not just WA state. Makes no sense at all.

No. Somebody couldn't be bothered to look up a referenced source before posting and quoted sensationalist nonsense that was almost surely meant to drive traffic there for affiliate click-throughs. Because you have to have proof that you live there for them to send you a check. Like a copy of your license and a cable bill with your name on it.
