Default I got paid by Europlay!!!!!

    Hey guys

    I got paid!!!! I can't believe it

I have posted on all the threads about this bookaker. I got stung about 4 months ago now for about 1200 Euros

The way to do it is this.

Contact the European Consumer Centre ecc@tsi.org.uk

DO NOT TELL THEM THAT IT IS A FRAUD

If you tell them that you think it is a fraud they will just point you towards the police who are less than useless

Just tell them that you have made a transaction with this company and you are having difficulty receiving your money back. They will contact the Austrian arm of their organisation and they will contact Europlay. It seems that this has galvanised Europlay into action

Here is my last email from the European Consumer Centre

    Dear Mr Harrison.

I have received correspondence from my colleague in Austria regarding your claim against Europlay.at.

The trader has agreed to make a payment to you for the amount that your account is in credit.

In order to received this payment please can you provide us with your International Bank Account Number (IBAN), your Bank Identifier Code (BIC/SWIFT) and the address of your bank. Your IBAN and BIC number can be obtained from your bank statement or by contacting your bank.

    Kind regards

    thanks for the advice.

I have joined europlay and deposited euros 600 to bet for villareal. Unfortunately they only allowed my to bet 50 euros. I was surprised as I did not consent to 50 euros. Anyway that bet won, so I am philosophical about it.

However I have sent several e-mails since yesterday asking for my money paid back to my registered card. I am starting to get worried as I have not had a reply.

I found these threads when I was searching about Europlay.at. I feel a bit silly as I thought they were legitimate.

Thanks for the advice, I will follow what you said with european cosumer center et al.

    Thanks

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

Europlay (SBR Rated F) truly brings new meaning to the term "jip joint". That book is most definitely a deposit only type book. Please keep us posted on how your situation turns out sir.

I tried the ECC method. I was planning to do it already a year ago but unfortunately I spent my ECC-card then on an other infamous Austrian bookie.

Anyway, seems that Europlay have now taken the necessary precautions to avoid these attempts and disconnected their last working phone.

Hi guys, the same situation here. I am asking over and over Europlay to withdraw my funds and they don't reply my e-mails anymore. Does anyone have made a withdraw from this bookie lately?
