Out of interest, do you make a habit of making screenshots of your winning bets, or were you aware that you might have trouble making it stick and you wanted some supporting evidence?

That's bet history, you can get that any time. Having said that, I screenshot every bet (one key click with hoversnap), just in case.

Pretty clear this is past-posting though imo.

But he took the screenshot when it was settled as a winner before it was voided, which was in a very limited timeframe, as five minutes later he got the void snapshot. Why take a snapshot of a winning bet if you don't think there's anything wrong with it?

Its a different matter screenshotting a bet when you place it - something which I do when I remember, but haven't made it part of my routine yet.

Maybe I'm just cynical.

I think bet365 immediate bet confirmation after placing doesn't show enough bet details for proof, so if (like me) you're in the habit of screenshotting everything you have to go to bet history to get it.

So strange, you bet your 500 EUR (which is the maximum limit, it's another strange thing on a 10.00 odds on an unknown arabian match..... at the time when the goal was scored... very credible story. I can imagine you.. you were sitting at your computer on the whole match, at the 1st 3 goals they did not accept your late bet, but finally they accepted this bet.. Wish I saw your face when they credited your "winning" 4500 EUR, then voided it! And then you come to cry here.. LOL!

Your lucky is that bet365 will not close your account with your money, but you would deserve it..
